These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, website (zuzutryon.com), and related services ("Services") provided by Yaysoft LTD. By accessing, downloading, or using the zuzu application, you agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Provision of Service and Firebase Integration

zuzu provides a sophisticated artificial intelligence (AI) platform for outfit try-ons, AI headshots, and photo manipulation. By deciding to use our service, you acknowledge and explicitly agree that we collect, route, and securely store the photos you upload utilizing Google Firebase infrastructure. This data collection is intrinsically required to run our AI generation pipelines and deliver the virtual try-on and enhancement experiences back to you.

3. Absolute Assumption of Responsibility by the User

By engaging with our Services and generating AI-based imagery, you the user accept all full and complete legal and ethical responsibility for the content you upload and the outputs you generate. Yaysoft LTD assumes absolutely no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal rights, permissions, and consents to upload any third-party photo, and you alone assume full responsibility for how you utilize, share, or broadcast the generated AI images.

4. User Obligations and Restrictions

When using our Services, you agree to abide by all local, national, and international laws. Uploading explicit, illegal, copyrighted, or non-consensual content to the platform is strictly prohibited. Zuzu reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to be violating these community obligations or misusing the AI technology.

5. Intellectual Property

All design assets, brands, trademarks, technology, codebase, algorithms, and intellectual property found within the zuzu app and site are solely owned by Yaysoft LTD. The generated AI images become accessible to you, however, the underlying proprietary generation technology remains exclusively ours.
